New London Theatre

The popular London Westend Theatre, Gillian Lynne Theatre or New London Theatre is located at Drury Lane, London, United Kingdom, WC2B 5PF. The popular theatre was earlier named as New London theatre and is renamed in May 2018, as the Gillian Lynne Theatre. The theatre is renamed to pay homage to a legendary choreographer and dancer. She is the first woman to have a London West End theatre named after her.

Gillian Lynne Theatre is one of the London’s newest major theatres. The theatre made its debut in the year 1973. Lynne enjoyed a very long and great career and won two-time Olivier Award-winner. In the year 2014, Lynne was made a Dame for services to dance and musical theatre.
