Some of the key highlights of the menu are charcoal-grilled shoulder of lamb, roast cod with fennel and orecchiette - a homemade pasta typical of Puglia or Apulia, in Southern Italy - with broccoli and baby squid alongside more adventurous dishes like snails with pecorino (Italian cheese made from sheep's milk). Finish with'Nonna's' apple cake or warm zabaglione - Italian custard - served with linguedi gatto biscuits.
